· The keg is designed to endure high pressure; it starts to deform slightly at 120 PSI and significantly at 500 PSI. The keg mouth gasket can withstand up to 1000 PSI, while the keg body remains undamaged even under extreme conditions.
· The keg features precision-machined threading, with more and deeper threads compared to standard insulated cups. This design improves pressure resistance and ensures that the lid stays securely in place during use.
· The inside of the keg undergoes an electrolytic polishing process, which involves immersing the stainless steel in an electrolyte solution and applying an electric current. This process removes impurities and oxides, enhancing corrosion resistance and minimizing any metallic taste.

How it works
· Pour 1.4L of cold brew coffee into the keg.
· Securely install the dispensing head to the keg.
· Load one 8-9g N₂O
· Dispense and enjoy your creamy nitro cold brew coffee.
